He has worked with various prestigious branded houses during his career like Georg Fischer Piping Systems Pvt Ltd for 12 years Oriplast Ltd for 9 years and Neptune Plastic and Metal Industries – Piping Division for 9 years and presently working with one of the focused company with a presence Globally.

Vice-president of finance & Commercial
With over 20 years of experience in the Steel & Pipe Industry, is adept at handling the Financial and Operational activities of the company.
Suraj Gantayat
Head of research & development, and projects
14 years of expertise in Research and Development, Startups, Modelling, Conceptualization, Project and Product Development, Business Strategy, Team Development, Fundraising, and Investor Relations, has a proven track record in sustainable alternatives to plastics and advanced materials. He has initiated and led various startup projects, excelled in modelling and conceptualization, managed complex projects, and developed strategic business plans. Suraj also has a proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams and is skilled in securing funding and maintaining strong investor relationships.
Balram Nayak
Head of production
An experienced professional in plastic pipes manufacturing, specializing in extrusion and injection moulding of HDPE and PVC, with over 15 years in the industry. He has worked with notable companies such as Skipper Ltd., Kissan Moulding, and Sudhakar Irrigation.
Sanpreet Bisoi
Head of Human Resources
Seasoned HR professional with a strong passion for Strategic Talent Development, Employee Engagement and Organizational building. Alumni of XIMB - HR and MIT - Manipal (B.tech - Automobile), with a proven track record of 5 years of working in reputed companies such as UMSL Ltd., and Infosys in managing end-to-end HR operations and driving impactful HR strategies to align business goals with the manpower framework.
Sk Aminul Islam
Head of Quality
With over 16 years in Quality Control and Assurance, he specializes in process control, system implementation, and ISO/BIS licensing for pipes and fittings like UPVC and HDPE. He has held leadership roles at Utkarsh India Limited and Ori-Plast Limited, where he also manages training and facilitates communication between agencies.
